Private equity firm Advent International has acquired cybersecurity firm ForeScout Technologies Inc.


Private equity firm Advent International has acquired Cybersecurity firm ForeScout Technologies Inc for $1.43 billion. Under the revised agreement, Advent will acquire ForeScout stock at price of $29 per share.
