Piper Sandler has completed the acquisition of TRS Advisers, a small restructuring firm. Following the acquisition, TRS Advisers will operate as Piper Sandler’s restructuring arm under the leadership of TRS founder Todd Snyder.
The completion of the deal marks a quick turnaround, as the announcement of the acquisition occurred just weeks ago on December 9th.
