KKR To Acquire IT Services Firm Ensono From A Pair Of PE Funds


Private equity giant KKR has announced its acquisition of the IT services firm Ensono for an undisclosed amount from the private equity firms M/C Partners and Charlesbank Capital Partners.


Ensono is a provider of a suite of services that help companies and organizations manage, optimize and modernize their IT systems across mainframe, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure.


The company has reportedly seen strong growth in recent years, and KKR is hoping that its technological expertise will help propel it to new heights.


In a statement, KKR Partner Webster Chua said, “Digital transformation across industries is driving an increased need for comprehensive service providers to help simplify IT infrastructure management for enterprise clients. Ensono is a proven leader in delivering hybrid solutions for clients with complex IT environments, and we are thrilled to support the Ensono team on its next phase of growth and development.”


The deal is expected to close within the next 60 days.
