Ken’s Beverage Bought Out By Pentair In $80M Acquisition

Ken’s Beverage, a supplier of commercial beverage equipment and services, as announced it will be acquired by Pentair. Pentair, which provides water treatment and sustainability solutions, will pay approximately $80 million for Ken’s Beverage. The deal is an all-cash transaction and is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2021.

Pentair plans to use Ken’s Beverage assets to expand the range of services it can provide to its customers. Ultimately Pentair hopes to be able to provide a full suite of services to become a one-stop shop for residential and commercial water-treatment services.

Kens’ Beverage already has an established network of national and international contacts, which will provide Pentair with a new network of potential customers. Ken’s Beverage’s experience on the national scale will also make it easier for Pentair to smoothly integrate the company's assets and products into its national, full-suite services.
