Bank of America announced that it will acquire Axia Technologies. This acquisition will enhance Bank of America’s ability to serve healthcare clients with a comprehensive range of payment solutions through Axia’s platform.
This acquisition is part of a broader initiative to integrate the bank’s merchant services onto its proprietary platform. AxiaMed’s integrated offerings help the financial performance of healthcare providers by expanding the payment options available to patients and streamlining administrative workflows.
