E-merge, the M&A case competition for the digital age. Hundreds of students from around the world will gather virtually to learn valuation, create M&A pitch decks, and collaborate with top industry professionals. In the competition, delegates will attend workshops, panels, and networking events with the goal of developing a strategic M&A recommendation for a company, backed by valuation analysis.

Note: Teams can range from 2-4 people. Individuals will be placed on global teams.

When is E-Merge?

The case competition runs from Saturday, February 27th through Sunday the 28th 

  • Feb 23-27: Workshops, Panels, and Fireside Chats. Recordings of the workshops will be made available to participants.

  • Feb 27: The case will be released at 5 am EST, due at 1pm est the following day

  • Feb 28th: The finals will be held at 2 pm EST

Students from all geographies, schools, and majors are welcome! The competition is free of charge.
